What people are saying
I really like the idea of being part of a development community.
I suffer hugely from 'imposter syndrome' and I know a lot of other woman do too, so to be able to talk through things like that will be very beneficial.
I love the social science aspect of astera, too often its about the career path and not about the social and community path, it gets lonely at the top. Too often there is not enough support through training and guidance.
I feel this is a good base and frame for something that can be built and evolve into something special. With all the focus on diversity, choices, quotas etc it would be nice to get back to basics of connections and care both at work and outside.
